We are Home Lift specialist and a local lift manufacturer located in Malaysia. Incorporated on 30th September, 2000. Starting from one factory with its inception, NICHE has expanded with a forth factory in 2017 respectively. Currently plan of building a larger factory located at Batu Kawan. Main factory is located at No.6, Lorong Perusahaan Maju 11, Pelangi Industrial Park, 13600 Prai, Penang.

- DESIGN Upon confirmation of order, we'll begin to design your lift and provide you a technical drawing.

- FABRICATION Once technical details are finalized, we'll begin our fabrications in the factory as per the approved drawing.

- INSTALLATION After the fabrication is done, we'll arrange for delivery to site. Then we'll begin the installation process.

- MAINTENANCE Lift will be operational when it's completed. Routine maintenance will be provided to service the lift regularly.
