Established in 1994 with humble beginnings, the company was founded by our managing director; Mohd Jamel Abdul Munin.
The company was registered under Class ‘A’ with the Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor, PKK Malaysia, as well as Grade ‘G7’ with the Construction Industry Development Board; CIDB Malaysia. We are also registered as panel contractor to an impressive list of public listed companies, commercial banks and government linked companies.
Since our inception in 1994, the company has continuously grown and expanded to serve the growing and changing needs of our clients. Our success and growth could be attributed to the core vision and values that guide our company, as well as the ‘hands on’ approach of our management for each project and the commitment and dedication of our staff.
CREATING SATISFIED CLIENTS
Our company’s core focus is essentially our client and their requirements. We will strive to deliver a product that our client wants, when they want it and at a price which reflects its value. We will work closely with our clients to better understand and identify their needs for each project.
IMPROVING OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE AND COST EFFECTIVENESS
We will integrate processes and teams where possible in order to streamline work activities and eliminate unnecessary inefficiencies. Good communication between all parties involved will be imperative for the successful completion of our projects.
We will focus on getting it right the first time with zero or minimal defects, on time and on budget while reducing preventable wastage.
COMMITMENT TO PEOPLE
As people make up the core of our business we will have a firm commitment to provide decent site conditions, fair wages, and a focus on health and safety. In addition we will also have a strong emphasis on staff development and training. We have a ‘no blame’ culture based on mutual interdependence and trust.
