Our select sun dried cacao beans are traditionally roasted in stainless steel barrels under wood fire, to bring out the full flavor and aroma of the beans. We produce the finest chocolates by working closely with local cacao farmers and skilled chocolatiers. Every SaBroso product bought helps build and support our community and local cacao farmers.
