Mita Oilfield Services (M) Sdn Bhd is an affiliate of Marubeni-Itochu Tubulars Asia Pte Ltd, Singapore which is a 100% subsidiary of Marubeni-Itochu Steel Inc, Japan (MISI).

MISI is a strategic joint venture for the steel business between Marubeni Corporation (MC) and Itochu Corporation (ITC).

Also, The group handles sales, marketing and distribution of a full range of high quality products for the Global Energy Industries, such as Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG), Line Pipes, Specialty Tubes and Structural Steel.
