HLISB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HLB (Hong Leong Bank)

Since its inception as a division within HLB, HLISB forms an integral part of the larger Hong Leong Financial Group. Subsequent to its incorporation as a separate legal entity, it was officially launched as a wholly-owned subsidiary of HLB in July 2005 acting as a Shariah-compliant business entity with main involvement in Islamic Banking activities. HLISB continues to benefit from HLB’s shared services and strong distribution network in offering Islamic banking products and services.
