Founded in 1969, KPI Plastic (M) Sdn Bhd is Malaysia’s premier manufacturer and wholesaler of top-quality plastic cosmetic bottles and jars, HDPE bottles, and containers.

From our humble beginnings with only three injection machines, KPI Plastic has expanded its production capacity to more than 25 machines, ranging from 50 tons to 160 tons of injection clamping pressure.

We have 28 blow and 19 injection machines to produce quality plastic bottles with sizes as small as 8ml eye drop bottles to pharmaceutical containers to high-end plastic cosmetic bottles.

KPI has an in-house silk screen printing department to print customers’ plastic bottles and containers. Currently, we have four automatic machines, of which 3 are the OMSO Novax M screen printers, capable of fully automatic printing from 1 to 8 colors on containers with cylindrical, elliptical, and flat shapes.
