AFIL  ADJUSTERS & INVESTIGATORS SDN BHD (AFIL) is a one of the registered and licenced Insurance and Takaful Loss Adjusters in Malaysia. Currently, the directors are actively involved with the business activities.

AFIL was founded in 1985 with its headquarters set up humbly in Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur. It was later relocated in 1995, in its own building in Section 1, Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur, in line with the additional staffing. In 1992, the business capacity in the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia expanded and AFIL opened up its first branch in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The needs for AFIL’s services extended to East Malaysia with the opening of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah and Kuching, Sarawak branches in 1993 and 1998 respectively. AFIL further grew its wings to the Northern region and Southern Region of Peninsular Malaysia with control of branch in Ipoh, Perak (2001) and Batu Pahat, Johor (2002). In 2007, AFIL commenced its Kuantan, Pahang and Miri, Sarawak branches to provide immediate attendance for local and Brunei needs for loss adjusting services.

AFIL earned its reputation through the integrity, diligence, equitable and fair assessment of claims and most of all the honesty of recruited staffs. We believe the highly trained and dedicated staffs will be our human capital that sustained our company in the competitive industry. The dedicated team has experience and skill in dealing with various types of insurance claims from inception to the final settlement through their abilities to communicate and negotiate with various parties in their own technical language.
