The tradename 'Badang' or "Mechanical Buffalo" is a product of locally brand innovation put to good use for the evacuation of Fresh Fruit Bunches ("FFB") to collection points within fields. This innovation has greatly contributed to the increase in efficiency and productivity of the Group’s estates.

Because of its optimal size, Badang can be operated by just one or two operators, which is one of its main advantages for plantation usage. As a multipurpose vehicle, Badang can also be used for transporting waste, equipment, fertilizers as well as workers. The Mechanical Buffalo, refined for power and durability is also being utilised for various agricultural use.
