TPM Technopark Sdn Bhd (TPM Technopark) is a wholly-owned subsidiary company and is part of the Real Estate & Infrastructure Division (REID) of Johor Corporation (JCorp) group of companies. TPM Technopark provides project management services for commercial and industrial developments, as well as sales and promotion services for industrial lands and properties owned by JCorp.

TPM Technopark plays a vital role as Project Manager for JCorp Group’s construction projects. It additionally plays the role of Project Manager for projects awarded by the Federal Government to the State of Johor, via the State Development Office (SDO).
Since 2011, TPM Technopark has managed a total of more than 65 projects valued at RM134.48 million (USD32.25 million).
JCorp through TPM Technopark is continuously focused on its mission of attracting new investors and investments, and introducing Johor as the preferred investment destination in Malaysia.
In order to build rapport with investors and stakeholders, TPM Technopark actively organise or take part in Foreign Investment Missions in close collaboration with the State and Federal Trade Promotion Agencies of Invest Johor & Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) respectively, as well as organising Business Networking meetings and events.
