Jayagas first started its operation in 1982 as an authorised distributor of Petronas Liquefied Petroleum Gas Cylinder under Perniagaan Jayagas (PJG). The distribution of LPG at that time was focused on residential and factories within Greater Kuala Lumpur. After ten years of business growth, the business subsequently ventured into two related specialist businesses in 1991: Kejuruteraan Jayagas Sdn Bhd (KJG) and Jayagas Petroleum Products (JPP) Sdn Bhd.

KJG related work includes Engineering & Maintenances, Testing and Commissioning of Gas Piping Reticulation (LPG / NG / NGV /GASES) for the Government Bodies, Public Sector such as Restaurant, Factories, Hotels, Schools, Universities, Condominium, Apartments and unit houses.

JPP is authorised Petronas Dealer for Bulk LPG and Petroleum products via road tanker for supply to commercial users, hotels, transport companies, industrial users (factories) & building contractors throughout the whole Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak.

We then expand to and supply products to domestic, commercial and industrial markets, mainly in Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Natural Gas (NG) industries. Supporting gas industries; both in technical and trade aspect.

​Jayagas is committed to market Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and provide all related services to end-users in accordance with the Malaysian Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia - ST)'s and Department of Occupational Safety and Health (Jabatan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan - JKKP)'s guidelines.
