TAN HONG LA ENTERPRISE was founded in September 1982 when the only leaflet delivery was by news vendors along with your daily newspaper. During that time, the turnover was only 30000 leaflets per month with the delivery rate of 2 cents per piece. It was a one-man-show for a year. It was only in September 1996 that it becomes a viable business - a 14 years wait.
